be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, so customers must
ensure they select the correct hair length, texture, and
product before checkout. Orders are processed within 1-3
business days and shipping times may vary depending on
location; once your order has been shipped we are not
responsible for courier delays, lost packages due to
incorrect addresses provided by customers, or external

provided at checkout is accurate. We respect customer
